Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order as long as production has not yet begun.
Once an order enters production, it moves through automated print and fulfillment stages and is scheduled with our shipping partners. At that point, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to stop the order before production begins and issue a full refund. While we always try to help, we can’t guarantee cancellations once production has started.
My item didn’t arrive, arrived damaged, or I received the wrong item
While rare, mistakes can occasionally happen during production or shipping.
If your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
As part of our guarantee:

Damaged or incorrect artworks will be replaced free of charge

Express replacements may be arranged when necessary

Photos of the issue help us speed things up
If you received the wrong item and prefer a refund instead of a replacement, that’s absolutely fine. The incorrect item will need to be returned, and we’ll cover the return postage.
Undelivered orders due to customer error
If an order is returned or not delivered due to multiple failed delivery attempts or customer-related issues — including but not limited to an incomplete or incorrect address, or failure to collect a parcel — the customer will be responsible for all outbound shipping costs.
I ordered a print or frame and changed my mind
If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility requirements:

Item must be unmarked and unused

Item must be in its original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
For framed artworks or exchanged items, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refunded amount.
For your protection, we recommend returning items using a tracked or recorded delivery service.

Mystery Box orders are non-refundable

Purchases made using gift card credit will be refunded as store credit
